“Recently we closed on our new Stock Development Naples home at Isles of Collier Preserve. When we began our search for a home, we did an internet search to find a broker to help and found Corey Cabral. Corey showed us many properties in the Naples area, educating us on the different areas and types of communities available to us. We looked in many communities and saw several enticing rehab opportunities in mature communities.

Corey’s knowledge of construction helped point out what we would need to change and how we would be able to accomplish our goals made this option a viable path. However, since we were not living in Naples, we thought a new build would be easier for us to manage than a rehab from out of town.
